You may have noticed, I spell things differently. Yes, I said mI-spelling, not misspelling – I did so with purpose.
This spelling lends to mI-Meaning or is it the other way around? I invite you to determine for yourself…
mI-Spellilng
When you use the letter I – you capitalize it, you are the subject, you control what follows, you own it, or do you?
Key notes
Why mI, not my?
“My” suggests possession of something external: my car, my dog, my life. We say, “Just another day in my life,” followed by a deep sigh—taking it for granted, like it’s no big deal, but isn’t your life a big deal?
mI = Repossession
It’s about owning and articulating yourself. It’s first person, first priority—you are the subject, you control what follows. When you say “mI Life,” you’re not just claiming it—you’re honoring it.
mI-Nquiry
It’s the reverse of “I’m” (I am). Instead, it asks: Am I? Am I being true to my values? Am I living aligned? “Am I?” precedes every action—and that’s where Cawareness™ steps in, to play.
mI-Meaning
Some people play with food, I play with words. What I learned…
“Language doesn’t lie, words do.”

Vocabulary
Our vocabulary is so limited. When we try to explain love, how it feels, what it looks like, I personally find it infeasible! However, when we move beyond letters and into language, there is a shift.
I have certainly felt the struggle to tell my daughter how much I love her. There are just no words! However, we do amazing things in love, for love, and out of love.
That is where language moves, not in any form or shape. It is constantly evolving, expanding, and sometimes it feels crushed flat and there are no words for that.
The Peripheral
Ever lost your voice even just for a day? Remember how it feels to not be able to express yourself or ask for what you need. It is downright vexing. I have been guilty of acting out of frustration under such circumstances. Though now, I have found a way of not losing sight.
We are all aware when we are angry, frustrated, or feeling any number of emotions. Simply being aware is like peripheral vision. It is noticing, nothing more. It is what we do or don’t do that most impacts us. We may look away, carry on as though it isn’t of concern, or let it consume us. I have tried all the above, ultimately it led me here.
All those human thoughts you are told are bad, all those human emotions you are told don’t matter, we unwittingly absorb these should do’s and should not do’s. We play the roles, meet the expectations, and attach our identity to them.
We close our eyes.
Echoes
When we lose sight, there is a whisper in the background like a skipping record. Begging to be heard, It echoes through us. When we fight it, we start losing it. We become blind to our existence; we become everything to everyone. We shame ourselves when we step out of implied lines. We do our darndest, we try to be “good”, “do good”, we do it from our heart and sometimes just because it is required of us.
Ultimately, we have to pay the bills, thus we must go to work. The busyness helps drown it out, but it doesn’t give up.
Crying out to be heard and seen, your Ineffable BeIng.
Caware BeIng
Alone, aware has no movement and does not breathe. This is where Care comes in. Care is the inhale. Here is the kicker I cannot define Cawareness™ for you. I know, here I am going on and on about a word I trademarked, it is the center of everything I do and am, yet I cannot tell you or give you an answer. Before you give up, please listen.
Cawareness™ is different for each of us. I mention fingerprints and irises, their uniqueness. I have told you I am not here to tell you what you should do or how to. I have reminded you that you are a priceless ineffable being. The cells in my body are different from yours, we may have similar or relatable experiences in life, but we are just not the same. We have YOUnique ways of experiencing, expressing, seeing and beIng. So, in order to be whole and remain ineffable, how you are aware, what you are aware of, and how you may need to care is different for each of us.
Cawareness™ is a philosophy of consciousness — an intellection for you to Incompass in your own way. I invite you to step into your prIceless, Ineffable BeIng, the one that already belongs without needing to become, change, transform or prove anything.
Cawarely, Jade
